Yes, Alex, that's right except there's a Documents subdirectory in the Pages directory. Here's Tim's original instructions: 1. Go to the Finder. 2. Up to the Go menu. 3. VO down to Library, let go of the VO keys then press return. You must hold down the VO keys in order that the Library choice is available. 4. Navigate to the Mobile Documents folder, open it. 5. Find the com~apple~Pages folder, open it. 6. Open the Documents folder. 7. cmd-shift-n to create a new folder and name it whatever you want. 8. Move the items you want in each folder with the cmd-c and cmd-option-v commands. 9. Close the window.
All done. It should be fine for the Mac now but it's a little confusing when using your iDevice but not too bad. For example, when in Pages on the iPhone, you need to double-tap on the "Rename item" to access the folder contents. So, if I create a folder called Safety, double-tapping on the name Safety won't do what you want but double-tapping on the Rename Safety item will reveal its contents at which time you can double-tap on the name of a specific file to open it. A little awkward but doable. HTH. Later... Tim Kilburn -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
