Hi, Adobe Flash is as of Mavericks built in OSX. You have to enable Flash by going to the Safari settings with cmd+, when Safari is active and select the Advanced button. Then you see an option concerning internet plugins. By default these are disabled to save power usage. I believe when deselecting this option the Flash player should work properly.
