Hi Gigi, Thanks for that. I downloaded the trial from their website.
I tried reading a PDF I know has been made into an editable/fillable form with screen readers in mind. It works with JAWS on Windows and I believe it was probably created with Adobe software. In PDFPen VoiceOver could see and would read out the form fields, but the text areas would not be editable. So VoiceOver would say, for instance, "Date edit text", but if I tried typing nothing would happen. Is there some trick to being able to fill in these forms? I noticed a whole heap of unlabelled buttons and checkboxes, and thought perhaps I need to configure one of these. If it's just that the form I'm using doesn't have what PDFPen and VoiceOver require, do you know what the magic ingredient is? Thanks, Nic P.S. I tried the above on both Mavericks and Mountain Lion. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
