I went ahead and turned off Gate Keeper. It's just easier that way
because if you downloaded some more apps not in the app store, you'd
have to do what Ray and Phil said to do. Although I guess it could be
personal preference. If you're that worried and paranoyed that
something may go wrong with your Mac once you open these apps, leave it on.
