Hi Sarai. What I do if I want to download a video is press VO+Shift+M
on the button that says player menu to open a context menu. The first
option I see is download. I then select MP4 and a window appears with
my download. I interac with the table inside the window and do a
VO+right arrow to check the download progress. Note your videos will
automatically be saved to your desktop and I don't know how or if
there's a way to change this behavior. HTH.
