Hi, all, I've gotten Amazon mp3 downloader to work with Amazon Cloud music.
Make sure you have mp3 downloader installed. I don't know if you can still get it on Amazon. Cloudplayer for the Mac is not accessible. If you have it, uninstall it.
Find some music in the Cloud on the web and start the download. Amazon will tout the new plaer. Tell it "no thanks; use Music downloader instead". At this point, you may have to authorize your computer to download music. Go ahead and do that.
If you want mp3 downloader to open automatically, you'll have to enable "open "safe" files after downloading" in Safari. Otherwise, you can find a file with a .amz extension in your downloads folder. Mp3 downloader should open it. If it doesn't, do a command-i on the .amz file and choose mp3 downloader to always open files with that extension.
