Hello Daniel. I prefer quality voices as I can't always hear what the compact voices are saying.
I live in the UK and actually don't like Daniel very much. I only use Daniel for Siri on my I phone and it has to be high quality. Otherwise I use samantha. I have tried other voices but don't like them. OM my Mac I use samantha and use Daniel for the time. I have the Apple script to tell me date and time as I can do right option T or let the time happen automatically every 30 minutes. I wouldn't know anything about the vocaliser Expressive voices.
