Hi guys:

None of the solutions to no voiceover when waking my mac seem to work reliably.
So, on the advice of a friend who found this tip on a forum (no audio after
waking isn't unique to the voiceover community) I tried the following.

Note: This may have been offered as a solution before, and i don't know why it
works, but here it is.

Further note: I've only tried this twice so far, but it worked 100 percent of
the time as of this writing.

Simply go into system preferences. Under the energy preferences category,
uncheck the box that says put hard disks to sleep when possible. That's it.

Curious to know if this works for others, and even more curious to know why
this seems to solve the problem.

Thanks!

DFTBA!
