This is how it is for me.

VO says interacting with my stations grid.  I can VO right arrow to hear the 
list of my stations.  I want to listen to Papa Santa Claus radio, so I VO space 
on it.  VO says Papa Santa Claus Radio group.  I need to interact with it.  I 
can VO right arrow to play, VO space on play.  The music begins.  If I want to 
get to the LCD section, the quickest way is to VO-J.  This is the area to read 
more info and utilize the action button.
