HI Bryan, I quite frequently use this and have always had success. Instead of using VO-Period to drop, however, try using VO-shift-period or VO-shift-comma while interacting with the Favourites Bar and while VO is focussed on one of your other favourites. These commands of course should drop the mailbox after or before one of your existing favourites respectively. Cheers, Nic
