The only way i’ve been able to access the settings is to set the mouse pointer to move VO in VO utility. Then go to the extras menu and make sure the mouse pointer is on dropbox. Then, using mouse keys or the trackpad or actual mouse, I click on it and I get the links to the dropbox folder and application settings. The simulated VO mouse click (shift-VO-space) doesn’t work on this item.
