I don't know, but you could easily find out for yourself by turning on keyboard 
help, pressing the keystroke combo, and hearing what that key combo does. 
keyboard help is great for learning the various key commands for VO.

Before you ask, keyboard help is turned on by pressing VO+K, and is exited by 
pressing escape, ;-) ;-)
