Not at all but i believe a mac should be a mac and that's that.

For years I used full screen because I thought that was the logical thing. I’ve
more recently learned that everything works better if you don’t use full screen
mode. Depending on the task, it may be helpful to flick VO off to avoid
conflicts, but I don’t even find that many conflicts. I move back and forth all
day long.

Thanks. I've tried issuing Windows commands, but I always get the Mac error
sound or the tab key gets grabbed by the Mac instead. I'll try changing screen
sizes as you suggested; i usually leave it in full screen, but maybe switching
back and forth will help.

I usually run in full-screen mode and when I command tab into fusion, I use the tab key
or jaws "read current line" command to get windows awake and responding.
sometimes focus gets screwed up and in those cases I use command control F to switch
screen modes which usually shakes things up and lets me get into windows. when not in
full-screen mode, I make sure I'm not in the fusion toolbar, and then tab until windows
receives focus. The whole thing is kind of flakey, but I always get windows focused -
there's no trick that I know of aside from these.

Hello list,
How do you set focus to windows when using Fusion? So far, the only method I
have found that works reliably is to physically click the mouse, hoping that my
mouse pointer is focused somewhere inside of the Windows window. Is there a
trick I'm missing? Control-command and coomand-g both fail to set focus on
Windows, but control-command does let me switch back to the Mac. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.
