Hi: Still no luck. I select everything correctly but the add button is not available and I hear a sound from the computer meaning it is dimmed. Just to be sure I checked in pages on my i phone and nothing is there. Any ideas? As I said before, I was able to do it once but can't seem to do it again. Jean
