Hi, To go down a page, you now have to stop interacting with the page. Then do page down. I want to also point out that reopening Preview doesn't put you on the last viewed page in single page view. It only does that in continuous scroll.
They have definitely improved how some text is read, but in my opinion they’ve messed up a lot of basic reader functionality. I’ve tried conveying some of my concerns about this to Apple, but they all seem to go unheeded.
