Hi Eugenia: I have had the same problem. I thought it was due to the 2 g network being to slow. I don't have a wireless to try it on at the moment but the next time I encounter one I will try again. I also thought it was because I have a lot of app updates waiting in the cue but since others are having the same problem I don't know if that is a factor. I am using i phone 5 with the latest iOS update. Jean
