Hi Nic, I think you can reorder the actions in your Automator workflow if you interact with the workflow, move focus to an action that you want to move, and then use Command-Up Arrow or Command-Down Arrow to reorder that action in the workflow. That's what worked for several versions of Mac OS X, but I haven't played with Automator for some time.
