Hi Jean, I can only answer two of your questions: For finding your purchases from the app store, press command 4 when you’re in the app store. That’s where they are. Just so you know, Command 5 is for updates.
For the voices, go to vo utility with vo f8. I just move down to the speech category, but you can do a hot key for this too which I don’t know.
