Hello Brian and all: Yes, going into the store has its advantages for me :).
The one time I had my phone delivered I had to chase down the UPS truck. I missed him … had to call the local UPS office and they told me I would have to come and get it. however, the captain of that particular office reversed the customer service person's position and send the truck back out to me. hurray for UPS. Then, it took about a day to get it working because they had trouble turning the new phone on and the old phone off. Yup, since then have gone to the store and picked it up. smooth as silk. Hopefully you get it working the way you want it soon. Take good care and I wish you enough.
