Michael, No offense, but $200 in a year is hardly worth going through all of this. I've been there, done that before, desperate to make money, and it's just demeaning. There are so many better ways, such as actually putting your skillsets and experience to use in some way.
I wouldn't go through all that you said just to get a free Macbook. I know I need not say anything in that case, but I'm just trying to say there are better ways out there to make money. I started a business earlier this year, and we've made a heck of a lot more than $200. Sure I probably put in hundreds of hours of work, but it's been worth every minute of it, and at least I know that work is going towards something good, instead of filling out random offers for companies. There are so many scams out there. I know you don't believe this is a scam, but if not then everyone would be doing this meaningless work. I'd rather apply my mind to something worthwhile and become a better person by it. Again I'm not criticizing you as a person, just saying there are better ways.
