Hi Jurgen. Yes, you can still use HQ voices with iOS7. Simply go to settings, general, accessibility, Voiceover, and in the language roter double tap on use HQ voice or something like that. I also found that you don't have to plug in your iOS device in order to download the voices and more than one can be downloaded at the same time. HTH.
