Yes, it seems like it would work if you interact enough, but I cannot get past 
bugs to display and I can't seem to submit a new bug. Oh, the irony of not 
being able to report a bug about the bug reporter because the bug reporter is 
broken, which is the bug you want to submit. Well, back to the old standbys: 
accessibil...@apple.com and apple.com/feedback.
