Jessica, I don't think iTunes can talk to the BARD app. That's strange about not being authorized to play them as you had to properly sign into the BARD repository with the app in order to download in the first place. I have over 20 books on my app and have had no trouble playing any of them. The downloads themselves did have some fits and starts but got all done after all. I wonder if what you downloaded got corrupt or truncated some how.
