This is strange, what issues are you having? The reason that I post this, is honestly, over the past two weeks I have found voice over and Safari to be remarkably more accessible with Facebook then what i have in the past. Are you using the main site, or the mobile site? I am currently using the main www.facebook.com site, and I have noticed that there are a couple more sections that you can interact with called "Scrollable region group " and this appears, if you click on the notifications button for example. If you interact with a scrollable region, you're presented with your notifications. Clicking on the notification that you were looking for with control option space Will activate that notification. In addition, I'm seeing these Scrollable region groups pop up periodically throughout Facebook, especially on the page administration side as well. In addition, when I was posting a status update the other day, and tagging a friend in the status update, voiceover used to not announce the names without interacting with that combo box. Automatically, voiceover begin announcing the name of my friend as I was typing her name, then, when I pressed just the down arrow key, I was able to successfully go through all of my friends whose names begin with the letter M. In addition, this functionality was also expanded to the check in dialog box, I was able to type in the letters "empow", and successfully press down arrow wants to hear voiceover announce "empowering the blind, 3 miles", and then press tab to be able to select this option.
