Hi list. the subject line says it all. I was trying to return a book I bought in error and had some trouble using voice over. I ended up writing to customer service and they did it for me. They then proceded to send me instructions on how to do it. I was doing it correctly but when clicking on the return link with vo nothing seemed to happen. Is anyone getting this to work or are there any work arounds? If not perhaps we should write to audible and see if they can address the problem?
