I use screen flow and this is how i put videos up on vimeo and youtube with voiceover;; just remember to use headphones;; you want to check the "record system audio" from the new recording dialog, and then you have video to:D hear's a website for screen flow: that you can get a demo from http://www.telestream.net/screenflow/ oh yea and you can directly publish to vimeo, youtube, fly file, and more from screen flow to:D and a youtube video with voiceover that i use screen flow in: "How to add background music to videos on youtube " http://youtu.be/HM5KsUbkb3Q hth
