If I understand, it sounds like you have the same situation as I have with my music files. However, I think I figured out something. I notice the ones I have deleted have a download option is to it, whereas the ones I have on my iPhone don't. So, I think it is listed in the face of been purchased this past. So now, I think the question is, is there a setting that you can set where it doesn't list of things you deleted that are in the cloud?
