Hi Aman, I came across an article where a small adapter box was plugged into the usb port and a via connector. This would trick the mac into thinking it had a monitor attached. I think we'd need to check with Apple for a definitive answer on the Mac mini situation. As far as windows is concerned,I know people who run there boxes without monitors attached so the Mac shouldnt have any issues when running bootcamp.
