Okay,

I researched my question and found a satisfactory answer.

When you press record, there is a checkbox that says play through. I checked
that, and I can hear the sound now.

I have a new question related to this.

When I create a new track and record on it, the first track does not play.

There must be some setting to change this so that I hear both tracks at the
same time.

Thanks,

Antonio
