Alex,

I've got things running for a backup of my hard drive now. I had to call
support, and use a screen sharing service to get the task done.

Crashplan is not very responsive at all. I cannot get to the different tabs,
but that could be my own limitations here.

Anyway, it seems the program is hanging there. It is not responsive with
voiceover, but the tech-support person was able to navigate and make changes.

Have you experienced sluggishness with the program to the point that it is
unusable for a while?

I suspect indexing and backing up files is slowing things down.

Thank you very much. Setting up backup on my Mac makes me more comfortable to
make the complete switch from PC.

Antonio
