Thanks Eric, it's helpful to know that you using the full-sized keyboard. As a result you're not aware of the conflict using laptop keyboard mode and the insert key as the modifier. Hopefully someone who is using a laptop keyboard will chime in and explain how they're using the insert as the jaws modifier key. For now, I'll stick with using the Sharkeys solution to remap caps lock to the grave accent key.
