Your mileage may vary. Here in Toronto knowledge of accessibility is very poor in the apple store and I've made good money off of apple users disgruntled with their one on one experience.
Then again, I've read posts on the list from people Who've had great relationships with their apple store. I think it doesn't hurt to talk to the people who do the training and see what happens. I'm a lot more expensive than the apple store but I get excellent results guaranteed. Comparatively speaking, if they seem to speak your language, 100 bucks to try one to one isn't really that much. If you get a bad vibe from the geniuses, then you might want to invest in some one like myself.
