As much as this feature might have added convenience, I'd expect that there may 
be a security risk. Certainly you'd have to adjust the settings so that the 
phone wouldn't pair with random nearby Braille displays. I'm not even sure that 
anything will wake a phone up, except pressing a button on the phone physically.
