Hi, You are right. It does appear that VO can't find the WiFi networks menu. A couple of things to note:
1. If you usually are connected to your WiFi network, it should automatically connect when in Recovery mode. 2. You can confirm this in Terminal when in Recovery mode by: • VO-m to the menu-bar. • Over to Utilities. • Down to Terminal. • Enter the following command in Terminal without the $ sign: $networksetup -getinfo Wi-Fi • If you get your IP, Subnet and such, then you're OK. 3. You can also use the following command to connect to your WiFi network in Terminal, if necessary. (Ignore $ and * in actual Terminal commands) $networksetup -setairportnetwork *interface *SSID *password Where: *interface is en0, en1 etc. If you have an ethernet adaptor in your Mac, then you should likely use en1 for the WiFi interface. *SSID is your network name. Use quotations if you have spaces in your SSID. *password is your password for the network. HTH. Later...
