Hello list, I am using Apple wireless keyboard in my MacBook, and something strange happened recently that I thought to share to the list in case someone had the same experience whom might give advice to avoid it to happen again.
I was working with my MacBook and suddenly Alex stops talking, but he starts talking again when I pressed the built-in Mac keyboard. So, I changed the battery thinking that it ran out, yet still not working! My husband looked at it, the keyboard is lighting but we cannot understand why it is not working! He then checked the pair settings and found out that the keyboard was unpaired from the Mac! My question is: how it happened? And why it happened? Is there away to avoid it to happen again?
