The same method applies if you want to transfer from your HD drive to your time Capsule. Sorry I forgot you wanted to transfer to your time capsule. HD users, your name, I tunes music. Copy your music file and go to your time capsule and transfer it in to your latest files. If I'm wrong please correct me as I no longer have a time capsule but an AirPort Extreme.
