I purchased a movie via iTunes and am attempting to download it. It asks for my 
Apple ID, the download button dims, and after a few minutes, I em tossed into 
the movie grid, and the movie is not downloaded. I start the entire process al 
over again: go to the iTunes store, go to purchased, select the movie I want to 
download, sign in, and . . . this has happened about four times already. Any 
thoughts on what the heck is going on and what I can do about it? Already left 
iTunes and went back in; already tried a restart.
