I have had some trouble with this too, but I finally figured out that it works better if you flick left and right from the left-hand side to the right-hand side of the screen and vice versa to get the proper fields come up. I found it very frustrating to run my finger around the screen to find the right things. The first and the last name field or at the top of the screen so you don't when you flick left or right, you need to double tap on them because when you hear first or last that is the one that is in focus. If you will notice, when it says mobile voice over also says to double tap to get other options. I hope this helps. Regards, Gigi
