Hi: This was originally about the Jawbone earpieces. Yesterday I was at the Apple store and they had some of the Jabra earpieces there. I purchased a Jabra Clear and like it very much. There is no software and pairing with either the i phone or mac is quick and uncomplicated. It has a voice that says when it is connected and also when the battery is low. There are other audio indicators as well which I don't understand yet. Jean
