YOu know, it's interesting you should bring this up.  I cannot help but wonder 
if that's how come drag and drop refuses to work in mail with signatures.  
Also, I kind of wonder too if that's why drag and drop won't work when I tried 
it with Wondershare Mobilego for IOS.
