No, the delete mailbox option is dimed out. IF message flags are still not showing, how do I make sure I turn off preview pain? I've tried interacting with the area just to the left of "mail activity" and bringing the slider to the zero point then routing the mouse to that point and clicking it. Have I got something wrong here?
