You know in Windows, pdf files, as far as I know, have to be accessible by the 
author. This is why IRS has two versions on their website, one that is for 
everybody else, and one under accessibility for us. This might be the factor. I 
haven't done it yet, but maybe you could go to the IRS web site and get both 
types of forms and see what happens.
