Hi, This should have been totally workable using rules in Mail on the Mac by choosing these options respectively in the Criteria area:
• "From", "Contains" and entering facebookmail in the Edit field. I agree that GMail is less than friendly at getting around. It's not impossible by any means but not particularly easy either.
