That might be it however, it's not clear that any of the mailboxes are collapsed. This has occurred after adding additional accounts. I'm trying to manage 4 accounts from Apple Mail. I've tried interacting and not interacting with the mailbox table but don't understand why I can't see all my imap structure of my personal account.
