Hi, Using Google Drive in your browser is best done in Chrome with ChromeVox. It seems that Google has made a directed effort of making ChromeVox use many of the web elements resident on their pages more accessible with their ChromeVox interface. Alternatively, you could download the Google Drive app for your Mac and all those files usually are automatically placed on your Mac within the Google Drive folder. I find that having the Google Drive app installed on my Mac makes using the Google Drive much more friendly.
