Hi, really can't rename photos/videos on the device. The best you can do is label them with Voiceover. But, this isn't a great solution because your really labeling an area of the screen, not the photo itself. So, if anything gets rearranged in your camera roll, you labels are gone. I am pretty sure there is no time delay in the native camera app. Pleas someone jump in here if I'm wrong. You might be able to get an app from the apps store that does this though.
