Hi I also get these annoying "busy" messages in different programs from time to time. Command + Q and restart solves the problem in short - term. I am also curious about why this happens. Could be Voice Over, since i could use the mouse and click on tabs without voice, but not use Voice Over commands. I`m using iMac.
