I have on more than one occasion wanted to buy a book, and couldn't find it on iBooks. Each time this occurred, it was available for Kindle. When given a choice, even if I have to spend a few bucks more, I will still buy from iBooks. I feel strongly about supporting a company who has made accessibility a priority longer, and more consistently, than Amazon ever has, or apparently ever will. Retrieving a password is still undoable without assistance, and on every occasion when I have needed assistance with my Amazon account, their "email help" was horrific; I always had to call and wait to speak with someone. Haven't used Amazon in years (because of the Kindle issue) . . . I certainly hope that has changed, though I have no intention of holding my breath. Christine
