Hello Tim, I tried your method on an editable PDF for the tax authorities here in France. Unfortunately, VoiceOver cannot go to the editable fields. I simply can't find where they are.
I tried turning cursor tracking off but keyboard focus kept jumping into the Edit toolbar. What View options do you use?
