Okay, had to restart my computer because of some rooteen clean up stuff. And I get the message, "the library iTunes library couldn't be located" whitch is normal, because i have it on an external network attached storage. So I browze for it as normal, and when I select it it says "the iTunes ITL file is locked, unlock disk or you don't have permnision. I checked and I do have permission, and can modify it. How do I fix this problem?
